Steps needed to install JPams running on Windows.
  1. Download the Java Runtime Version 1.6.
  2. Install the Java Runtime by double clicking on the downloaded file.
  3. Download the JPams software.
  4. Install the JPams software by double clicking on the downloaded file.
Note: You should only have to download the Java Runtime once unless you're experiencing troubles.
